Do you Provide Flight Tickets?

Yes, we offer flight tickets. We have seat reservations for certain routes and we can give some unbelievable flight pricing for your travel. Don’t forget to check with your Travel Expert regarding flight tickets for your travel.

Why Should we pay the Advance amount? And How Much?

Advance is mandatory to book hotels, cabs and some activities before the start of your Journey. Failing to book them prior might result in unavailability of services. To avoid these situations, advance is required to book these services, so you enjoy the trip hasslefree. 20% advance is collected during Booking and balance as per the package terms.

What's the Cancellation Policy?

To avoid unavailability of hotels, cabs or activities, we collect advance amounts to book these services. Once advance is paid, these amounts are transferred to the respective operators as a token amount to hold the services. Once you make the full amount, we pay the entire amount to the operators and book the services. Hence, any cancellations are non refundable. However, In unforeseen circumstances, we can check with the operators and try for some refund.

Can I change the Travel Date?

Yes, the bookings are transferable only if the full amount is paid and based on the packages you book. If it's a complete tour, then few services are transferable to other dates, which helps us to change the date of your travel. Hotel bookings or other services are based on the concerned Partner’s Policy. Change of dates will incur additional charges are we have to rebook some services that are non refundable by the service providers.

Do you arrange Airport Transfers?

Yes, we offer Airport Transfers and Intercity cabs to and from all airports and all destinations.

Is a Visa Required for Travel? How do I apply for a Visa?

Based on your Home Country and Destination country, there are some Visa Free Destinations and Some require Visa. Your Travel Expert will provide information about Visa if required. If a Visa is required for any destination, your Travel Expert will help you apply for a Visa at ease.
